We don't publish prices, and the honest reason is that the work is not the same twice. Reactivating a short customer list is a different job from a long one, and a small site is a different job from a large one. What you get instead is a straight process. One conversation, then a written quote for a defined scope, before anything is built and before anything is charged. You will see the number before you commit to it, and no is a fine answer.

A website build is a one-off project. When it is finished, the site and the domain are yours and there is nothing ongoing to cancel. Automation is a service that keeps running, so it works differently, and its exact terms are written into the quote before you agree to anything.

You do. Both of them. We build in accounts that belong to you rather than keeping your site inside ours. Because the site is plain HTML and CSS, you get the actual files, and the domain stays registered in your name. If you stop working with us, nothing switches off, nothing expires, and there is nothing to buy back.

You keep the website and the domain, as above. On the automation side we hand over what can be handed over and switch our access off. We would rather you left with the work in your hands than stay because leaving was made difficult.

No. If you can answer questions about how your business actually runs, that is the whole input. What a job looks like from first call to invoice, who does what, what you say to customers. You will not be asked to configure anything, and you will not be handed an admin panel to learn unless you want one.

It depends on the scope, and on how quickly we can get access to your customer list and accounts. That is usually the slow part, and it is mostly on your end. You get a timeline in the written quote, before you commit, so you are not guessing either.
