Why North Texas
We are in Frisco, and we cover Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Plano, Little Elm, Prosper, Celina, Lewisville and Flower Mound.
That matters more than it sounds. Automation work starts with understanding how a job actually moves through your business, from the first call to the invoice, and that is much easier to learn sitting in your office than over a questionnaire. A remote agency will send you a form. We would rather come and watch.
It also means you can find us. We are a filed Texas company with an address in the same metro as you, not an account on a platform.
How we work
Echelon is two people. There are no account managers, no support tiers and no ticket queue. The person who builds your automation is the person you talk to about it.
We will tell you when something is not worth doing. A win-back campaign against a very short customer list is not going to change your year, and saying so on the first call is cheaper for both of us than finding out after you have paid for it.
We are not going to pretend to be bigger than we are. If that is a problem for you, it is better that we both know early.
