Services
What we do
Residential and light commercial. If it carries water or waste, we work on it.
Emergency call-outs
Burst pipes, failed water heaters, backed-up mains. Twenty four hours, including weekends and holidays.
Drain and sewer
Clearing, hydro jetting and camera inspection so you can see what is actually down there before we quote a repair.
Water heaters
Repair and replacement, tank and tankless. We size the unit to the house rather than to whatever is on the truck.
Leak detection
Slab leaks, hidden supply leaks and the water bill that doubled for no obvious reason.
Repipes
Full and partial repipes for older houses still running galvanised or failing polybutylene.
Fixtures and gas
Toilets, sinks, tubs, disposals, and gas line work for ranges, dryers and outdoor kitchens.
The work
What we are usually called out for
Three jobs make up most weeks. None of them are complicated. All of them get worse the longer they wait.
No hot water
Failed elements, sediment, a relief valve that has been weeping for months. We tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing.
Slow or blocked drains
Cleared properly and then looked at with a camera, so you find out whether it was grease or a cracked line.
Dripping and running fixtures
Cartridges, seats and seals. Small jobs, and the ones most likely to be quietly wasting a lot of water.

What to expect
How a call goes
No surprises, and nothing starts before you have agreed to it.
You call, a plumber answers
Not a call centre in another state. You describe the problem to somebody who can tell you whether it needs a truck tonight or can wait until Tuesday.
We look before we quote
Diagnosis on site, in person. Nobody prices a slab leak down the phone, and anyone who offers to is guessing.
You get the number before we start
We write down what the job is and what it will run. You approve it, or you do not, and either way there is no charge for the look.
